This is by no means a bad pen... but for the price, it's rather disappointing. Even at a more 'standard' price $40, I wouldn't consider this pen worth it. I would MAYBE buy this at $20-$30. I've purchased a lot of pens in the $20-30 range, and this one does not do anything special to warrant a premium price.
Pros: The magnetic cap has a satisfying click, and the pen has a nice weight distribution when the cap is on the back. The ink it comes with is pleasant and water-resistant, and it might be one of my new favorites (but this is more a statement about the ink than the pen - and you can just buy the ink separately for use in a different pen)
Cons: it's pretty uncomfortable to write with. It's a lot thicker and shorter than pens I am used to. It also has this problem that I have run into with a lot of pens (but not so much mechanical pencils) where the grip is slippery and combined with the thickness, it is rather unwieldy and uncomfortable to write with for long periods of time.
Great pen!
The magnetic cap *snap* is super satisfying. Writes buttery smooth like a zento should. The build quality is top of the class. I already owned the cheaper plastic zentos and loved them enough to want an upgrade. This definitely delivers.
Really the beet pen I ever had. Craftmanship quality, smooth writting and a magnetic fidget toy for my hand !
Premium material, very nice ink
