1. Shippable Countries
Due to a high volume of orders, there may be a delay in processing your order at our warehouse. Thank you for your understanding.
All orders are usually processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Currently, we are unable to ship to Turkey, England, Greece, India, Israel, Russia and Brazil.
All items are shipped from our warehouse in Japan.
Due to the restrictions from our courier and security purposes, please note that we do not deliver to U.S Military Bases, P.O. Boxes and Parcel lockers.
We currently offer shipping to the following countries. For any active shipping suspensions, please check our Temporary Suspension Notice below.

2. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees and free-shipping availability vary by destination and currency. The applicable rate for your country or region will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
Enjoy free shipping when your order total meets the minimum spend for your destination. This amount will appear during checkout before payment is completed.
3. Import Duties, Taxes, Custom Fees
As international purchases made through our store are considered personal imports, local customs regulations may apply.
United States: Orders placed on or after September 4, 2025, 0:00 JST are shipped via FedEx under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms. Duties, taxes, and clearance fees are settled in advance and included in your checkout total. Customers will not be charged additional import fees at delivery. Orders placed prior to this date remain under Delivered At Place (DAP) terms, and customers are responsible for duties and taxes charged upon arrival.
European region: Orders placed on or after October 27, 2025, 12:00 JST are shipped via FedEx under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms. Duties, taxes, and clearance fees are settled in advance and included in your checkout total. Customers will not be charged additional import fees at delivery. Orders placed prior to this date remain under Delivered At Place (DAP) terms, and customers are responsible for duties and taxes charged upon arrival.
All Other Destinations: Shipments are sent under Delivered At Place (DAP) terms. Duties, taxes, and clearance fees (if applicable) are determined by local customs authorities based on the value of your order. These charges are not included in the shipping price, and the customer is responsible for paying these fees. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, the assessment of import duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
All customers are also responsible for any return shipping and handling fees on prohibited items. Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds due to unpayable customs charges. Additionally, customers are responsible for any return shipping and handling fees in case of customs clearance failure.
Please confirm the import laws of the destination country and contact the local customs authorities for more details.
4. Shipping Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, courier operations, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Once a package has shipped, delivery timelines depend on our logistics partners. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates, and the shipping courier may contact you directly for documents or delivery information. Prompt responses are required to avoid delays or failed delivery.
5. Cancellation & Modification
Please note that we do not accept order cancellations or modifications (including shipping or billing address changes, contact information, items, quantities, or other order details) once an order has been processed.
6. Failed Delivery Terms
If a delivery is unsuccessful due to unpaid fees, customs clearance issues, refusal to accept the shipment without prior notification following dispatch from our warehouse, or other circumstances resulting in the package being undeliverable and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering any costs related to the return. This includes, but is not limited to, original shipping fee, return shipping, handling fees, and any applicable customs or duties. Orders returned or marked as failed delivery without prior communication and approval from our customer service team are not eligible for a refund. Under unique circumstances, if a refund is issued, all related costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the package is successfully returned to us in acceptable condition, a refund will be issued after deducting the relevant fees. However, if the shipment is discarded, destroyed, or otherwise rendered unrecoverable during the return process, no refund will be issued. We are not responsible for decisions made during this process and are under no obligation to provide further details beyond official tracking information.
We do not offer reshipment in such cases and the transaction will be considered final.
Temporary Suspension of International Services
Unfortunately, due to the ongoing situation in the region, we are unable to arrange the shipments to Kuwait and Qatar. This suspension is effective immediately and will remain in place until further notice.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS
Starting August 29, 2025, the United States will end its De Minimis exemption for imports.
To address this change, our shipping terms for the U.S. market have been updated as follows:
- Orders placed before September 4, 2025, 0:00 JST were dispatched under our previous terms, Delivered At Place (DAP). These shipments remain subject to duties, taxes, and clearance fees collected by the courier at the time of delivery. If fees are refused or delivery fails, our Failed Delivery Terms will apply.
- Orders placed on or after September 4, 2025, 0:00 JST are dispatched via FedEx under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms. All applicable duties, import related taxes, and clearance fees are included in the total amount at checkout. Customers will not be asked to make additional import payments at delivery. Our Failed Delivery Terms continue to apply in all cases of unsuccessful delivery.
Please note that despite these changes, U.S. customs clearance may still extend overall transit times.
